We are not owned by IBM, Cisco, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Oracle, SAP, or any single vendor. The site is built to support reseller visibility through company profiles, solution pages, vendor coverage, buyer education, research guides, AI-readable data, and qualified partner discovery.

This is not a lead directory built from scraped vendor names. This phase is selective. We are working with a limited number of founding partners whose vendor alignment, solution expertise, and company profiles can help shape how the system develops.

Krisada Eaton is the founder of BigTech Reseller, an independent enterprise technology discovery system built from more than 20 years of digital marketing, search, and web development experience.

For about 15 years, Krisada worked directly inside the IBM reseller world, developing search strategy, content, and digital marketing for IBM Power Systems, IBM i, AS400, infrastructure, software, and related enterprise technology markets.

That work exposed a recurring problem. A traditional reseller website can only cover a fraction of the products, technologies, buyer questions, and comparison angles surrounding a complex technology business.

BigTech Reseller grew out of solving that problem.

Today, Krisada develops connected technology properties, buyer resources, discovery systems, and AI-assisted research infrastructure designed to help enterprise technology resellers become visible across a much larger share of their market.

Krisada is based in Jacksonville, Florida and works directly with participating resellers and founding partners.
